Method of treatment

Furthermore, you are entitled to:

  • propose a complaint to the Guarantor for data protection;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that moment (art.7, paragraph 3). The right of withdrawal cannot concern cases in which the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
