New generation telescopic masts.

Structor developed a telescopic mast concept for navigation lights to meet demand for a technologically advanced mast that is lightweight, compact, easy to install, and cost-effective. The standard concept covers single-stage, double-stage, and triple-stage masts, combining strength, rigidity, reliability, and aesthetics. Structor presents a compact design using high-quality carbon mast sections. With a newly designed electric drive, the mast provides a compact and silent transmission system, while control components fixed to the mast support installation, inspection, and maintenance. Extending up to 9 metres, these masts do not require guy wires to withstand hurricane-force winds.

Key features include lightweight carbon construction with stainless steel hardware, watertight construction to keep navigation lights protected when not in use, an aerodynamic hurricane-proof design without stops, a housing diameter of 366 mm, and telescopic sections of 267 mm, 212 mm, and 150 mm. The concept offers a choice of finish (carbon print or painted), a choice between hydraulic or electric drive, suitability for Cantalupi or Lopolight navigation lights, silent operation with soft start and soft stop, control from a local control panel, deck, and handheld remote control, optional compact LED down-lights, weldable mounting adapters included in the supply, and exceptional customer service and support.
